Men's Basketball Welcomes 2024 Recruiting Class

COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Ohio Dominican Panthers men's basketball team will welcome three new recruits to the roster for the 2024-25 season as announced by head coach Casey Kaufman on Friday (Jan. 26). 

Brooks Laukuf - Wayne Trace High School (Ohio)
  • Three time First Team All Conference, Second Team All Ohio, Honorable Mention All Ohio
  • Averaging 24.1 points per game and 4.6 rebounds per game
  • Has scored 1,576 points to date (of submission), 192 made three points field goals, 163 assists, and 187 steals
  • Entered his senior season with 1,335 career points, putting him currently in fourth place in Wayne Trace scoring history behind Ethan Linder, Rob Welch and Steve Hall
  • Coach Kaufman - "Brooks is an outstanding scorer from a good high school tradition, he has seen a ton of different looks defensively in his career which has forced him to develop his skill set. Brooks is a great kid who fits our personality, we are thrilled to have him."

Camden Cox - Spencer County High School (Kentucky)
  • Averaging 15.3 points per game, 5.3 rebounds per game, 3.5 assists per game
  • 1000 point scorer in his career, hitting the mark earlier this month
  • Coach Kaufman - "Cam made an impression on us at our first prospect camp last year, and seemed to get a little better each time we saw him. Cam is a skilled guard who can play the 1 or 2. Cam's competitiveness made the biggest impression on us when we watched him play, he finds multiple ways to contribute to winning."

Kyler Krull - Whitko High School (Indiana)
  • Averaging 20.4 points per game, 6.7 rebounds per game, 2.1 assists per game, and 1.6 blocks per game
  • Compiled 930 career points and 311 career rebounds
  • Two time First Team All Conference, 2023 All-Northeast Second Team
  • Coach Kaufman - "We saw Kyler in late July in AAU and he had an exceptional prospect camp the following week. Kyler has the ability to play in multiple areas of the floor, with added strength he will be a difficult matchup. Kyler is your prototypical Indiana high school kid, he genuinely loves the game and has a great work ethic, he will fit in well with what we are building here."
