BAY CITY, Mich. – Gabor Csonka (Nyiregyhaza, Hungry) was named both the GLIAC Player and Freshman of the Year while senior Gerardo Perez (Mexico City, Mexico) and junior Justin Tjon (Willemstad, Curacao) also picked up All-GLIAC honors for the Ohio Dominican men's tennis team.

Tijon was named Second Team All-GLIAC and Perez was an honorable mention selection for ODU.

Csonka finished his first season with Ohio Dominican with the best statistical season in ODU history. Csonka finished the year with 23 wins and only one defeat in singles, finishing 9-0 in GLIAC play. Csonka earned all nine conference wins without losing a set. In doubles play, Csonka accumulated 21 wins, finishing unbeaten at #1 at 8-0 with Tjon. He was also named GLIAC Player of the Week twice this season.

For Tjon and Perez, this is their first all-conference accolades. Tjon played the year at number one doubles with Csonka and at third singles. In singles action, he tallied a 15-9 overall record, and he went 23-1 in doubles play, including 16-0 playing at No. 1.

Perez played at third doubles and number six singles for the Panthers. He went 9-2 at third doubles for the Panthers and 2-0 at number one doubles as well. In singles play, he finished 15-9 overall and went 8-3 playing at No. 6.
