BAY CITY, Mich. -- Ohio Dominican freshman Gabor Csonka (Nyiregyhaza, Hungry) was named the GLIAC Men's Tennis Player of the Week after helping ODU to a 7-2 win over Walsh on Saturday.

In doubles, Csonka and teammate Justin Tjon (Willemstad, Curacao) earned an 8-3 at the top of the lineup, and Csonka cruised to a 6-0, 6-2 win at No. 1 singles as well.

Csonka has now won 11 straight singles matches and is 10-0 playing at No. 1 singles. He and Tjon sport a 17-1 record in doubles as well.

Ohio Dominican plays at Tiffin on April 11.
