CINCINNATI, Ohio – The Ohio Dominican track & field teams wrapped up day two at the All-Ohio Championships Saturday afternoon on the campus of the University of Cincinnati. The meet featured a mixture of NCAA Division I and II schools.
Sophomore Maryann Dike (Toronto, Ontario) was 20th in the 100 meter dash with a time of 12.78 and sophomore Alex Hall (Westerville, Ohio) was 20th in the 200 with a time of 25.90.
Freshman Shakita Kabicek (Brook Park, Ohio) cracked the top-20 in the 800 with a time of 2:22.01 while Nicole Brown (Columbus, Ohio) finished with a time of 2:31.82. Brown also finished 19th in the 1500 meter run with a time of 5:04.85.
In the 5000 meter run, senior Mallory Kitts (Springfield, Ohio) was 18th with a time of 19:47.90 while junior Erin Miller (London, Ohio) was not too far behind in 19th with a time of 20:07.47.
Sophomore Vogue Hall (Zanesville, Ohio) placed in the top-10 in the javelin throw, after throwing 21.10 meters.
On the men's side, sophomore Taylor Williams (Houston, Texas) finished fifth in the 100 meter dash with a time of 10.79 and second in the 200 with a time of 21.43.
Junior Ashton Hall (Huber Heights, Ohio) was 16th in the 800 meter run with a time of 1:58.04 and teammate freshman Patrick Ferguson (Austintown, Ohio) was sixth in the 10,000 meter run with a time of 34:05.61.
In the 110 hurdles, junior Aaron Johnson (Troy, Ohio) cracked the top-10 with a time of 14.76. Sophomore Matt Rosebrock (Napoleon, Ohio) was 10th in the 400 with a time of 57.70.
Senior Nick Green (Wapakoneta, Ohio) finished eighth in the shot put with a mark of 15.39 meters. Teammate Connor Sensabaugh (Pataskala, Ohio) was eighth in the javelin with a throw of 43.59.
