HILLSDALE, Mich. – Junior Tyler Fifer (Westerville, Ohio) took sixth in the triple jump to hit a NCAA Division II provisional mark at the GLIAC Indoor Championships, which wrapped up Sunday.
Fifer had a mark of 14.21 meter to take sixth in the event. It is the second time he has hit a provisional mark, the first being at the Ohio State Tune-Up earlier this season.
Sophomore Taylor Williams (Houston, Texas) wrapped up the indoor season with a seventh place finish in the 60 meter dash with a time of 7.00.
Senior Nick Green (Wapakoneta, Ohio) placed 10th in the shot put, throwing 15.96 meters.
On the women's side, sophomore Maryann Dike (Toronto, Ontario) placed 10th in the 60 meter dash, crossing the finish line with a time of 7.91.
Sophomore Taylor Williams (Akron, Ohio) took ninth in the weight throw with a mark of 17.05 meters.
The Panthers outdoor season begins on March 22 at the Amy Adams Invitational at Muskingum University.
