Box Score HOUGHTON, Mich. -- The Ohio Dominican women's soccer team tied Michigan Tech 0-0 on Sunday afternoon in Houghton, Michigan in a GLIAC conference match as both teams were unable to get their offense going.
The game ended after both teams were shut out through two overtimes.
Michigan Tech had 11 shots on goal, but sophomore goalkeeper Laura Clark (Lapeer, Michigan) saved all 11 shots for the Panthers and stopped two penalty kicks the Huskies attempted.
With the tie, ODU fell to 4-3-3 in the GLIAC and 8-4-3 overall. Michigan Tech leads the GLIAC with a conference record of 8-0-1 and a 10-2-1 overall record.
The Panthers were only able to put three shots on goal, but were able to continue their unbeaten streak, extending it to five games.
ODU continues GLIAC play on Friday when the Panthers host Notre Dame (OH) at Panther Field. The game begins at 5:00 p.m.
