MASON, Ohio - With the 2026 Great Midwest Baseball Championship underway at Prasco Park, the Great Midwest Athletic Conference announced the 2026 Baseball All-Conference Teams and Special Awards on Wednesday (May 6). 

Outfielder Gavin Lawler and first baseman/starting pitcher Steven Chapman were named First Team while relief pitcher Andrew Holcomb was voted Second Team. Lawler was also voted Freshman of the Year – the second Panther to win the award since ODU's debut in the G-MAC in 2017. David Silva was dubbed top freshman in 2021.
