TIFFIN, Ohio – The Ohio Dominican Panthers outdoor track and field team took to the track for a weekend at the Tiffin Track Carnival. The Panthers battled mainly in the Saturday (April 13) events while a handful of men's throwers competed on Friday (April 12).
21 personal bests were set among the Panthers with a number of season highs for the outdoor season.
Eayuel Gebrtsadik (Columbus, Ohio) climbed the ladder to break the school record in the 1500 meter after he was second in program history the last time out.

- Aly Diaby – 9th in the 400 meters with a PR of 49.16 seconds, ranks 6th in program history; 22nd in the 100 meters with outdoor best for season at 11.01 seconds
- Owen Wilhelm (Sunbury, Ohio) – 9th with a mark of 1.85 meters in the high jump
- 4x100 Relay (Codjoe, Boahen, Wallace and Seely) - 9th with a 42.42 second time
- Grace Pitt (Hilliard, Ohio) – 12th place on a PR in the 400 meter hurdles (1:12.46); set outdoor personal best in 400 meters (1:04.68) finishing 38th place
- Merrick Shorter (Dublin, Ohio) – 15th in the 1500 meters with a season best time of 4:15.67
- Rogan Hanson (Craig, Alaska) – set PR's in the 1500 (4:17.61 - 16th place) and 800 meters (2:06.32 - 31st place)
- Gabrielle Reed (Pickerington, Ohio) – outdoor PR in the 800 meters (2:38.18) in 17th place
- Eayuel Gebrtsadik (Columbus, Ohio) – set the 1500 meter school record of 4:02.06, 20th place
- Yagouba Berry (Columbus, Ohio) – top Panther in the 800 meters, 21st place at 2:02.89 (PR)

- Henry Pierce (Rockbridge, Ohio) – 23rd in the discus with a best mark of 38.68 meters for a PR
- G'nae Morrison (San Antonio, Texas) – 24th in the 100 meters with a 12.65 second time; 33rd in the 200 meters at 26.54 seconds
- Aidan Shannon (Columbus, Ohio) – 4:28.06 in the 1500 meters, 24th place
- Kassydee Owens (Harlan, Kentucky) – season best time in the 400 meters (1:02.11) for 26th place
- Ismael Obas (Columbus, Ohio) – 26th for the 100 meters with a 11.09 second time and a personal best
- Isaac Eugene (Westerville, Ohio) – 26th place and a PR for the 400 meters (50.44 seconds); another PR in the 100 meters of 11.15 seconds in 30th place

- Manny Codjoe (Bolingbrook, Illinois) – season best for the outdoor season in the 100 meters (11.56 seconds); ran a 23.74 second 200 meter race
- Cole Miller (Bainbridge, Ohio) – season debut in the 100 meters at 11.59 seconds - a PR
With the 2024 Great Midwest Outdoor Championships in three weeks, the Panthers will compete at the Otterbein and Ohio State meets this weekend.
