GAME TWO
Full Game Two Recap from Thursday
The Panthers quickly retired the Dragons in the top of the seventh inning to conclude Thursday evening's suspended game.
Mason Lowder (Westerville, Ohio) retired TU in order in the final frame, throwing just 12 pitches. Myles Martinez (Columbus, Ohio) earned the victory after recording 2.2 innings in relief Thursday night.
GAME THREE
The Panthers were held to just three hits in the first scheduled game Friday, falling to Tiffin, 5-2. Lane Marshall (Wooster, Ohio) started on the mound and allowed three earned runs over 5.0 innings in the loss.
A RBI single from Michael Knapp (Elyria, Ohio) in the bottom of the fourth inning cut ODU's deficit in half, 2-1. Tiffin though, took advantage of four hits to score three runs the next half inning to capture a 5-1 advantage.
David Silva (Tontogany, Ohio) drove in a run in bottom of the fifth but that would be the final score for the Panthers in the loss. Billy Criblez (Mantua, Ohio) tossed two scoreless innings in relief in his 2022 debut. Criblez conceded three hits but struck out three batters.
GAME FOUR
Despite a season-high 12 strikeouts, Ohio Dominican's pitching staff afforded the Dragons 13 walks and two hit batsmen in the series finale. The Dragons scored four of their six runs via a bases loaded walk or hit by pitch.
After three scoreless innings by both sides, Tiffin took advantage of the errant pitching by ODU to score four times in the top of the fourth. Jake Daniel (Troy, Ohio) drove in the first Panther run in the bottom half of the fourth with a one out single.
Both sides scored in the sixth as well, with ODU receiving a two-out, two-run double from Jordan Daniels (Blacklick, Ohio), his first collegiate hit. Daniels clutch hit cut the Panther deficit to 5-3.
The Panthers scored in both innings that their lead off hitter reached safely, but were held to just one hit over the final three frames. ODU collected seven hits in the contest and were led by a 2-for-4 performance from Daniel.

Ohio Dominican will head back out on the road, traveling south to face defending G-MAC champion and 2022 preseason favorite, Trevecca Nazarene. The series between the Panthers and nationally ranked No. 4 Trojans is set for Friday and Saturday, March 18 and 19.
