COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Ohio Dominican Panthers football team returns home to wrap up the 2022 season on the home turf of Panther Stadium on Saturday (Nov. 12). For the third straight season, the Hillsdale Chargers will play the Panthers in the closing regular season contest.
The Chargers-Panthers matchup will serve as Senior Day and Veterans Appreciation Day, with kickoff coming at 1:00 PM.

ODU defeated Northwood 35-24 to give head coach
Kelly Cummings his 47th career win - the most in ODU program history, surpassing Bill Conley.

Jake Byrd (Fort Wayne, Indiana) surpassed 300 yards as he tallied 334 yards passing on 24-of-34 tries with four touchdowns.

Andrew Wolf (Ashland, Ohio) caught four touchdowns for the 2nd time this season and 3rd of his career - a part of a nine catch, 210-yard day.

Daishaun Hill (Rocky River, Ohio) were named G-MAC Offensive and Defensive Player of the Weeks after the Week 10 win.

D. Hill made 14 tackles and had an interception to lead the Panther defense.
Jayden Hill (Gahanna, Ohio) caught his 2nd career interception as well.

John Madden (Holland, Ohio) tallied his first career sack as ODU has 24 sacks for the season (7th all-time).

Kaiden Koch (Grafton, Ohio) was five-for-five on extra points, giving him 30 straight extra point tries converted.
- Jaylin Garner (Shaker Heights, Ohio) continued his season with two more TFL, giving him 13.5 for the season - leading the G-MAC.

Ohio Dominican rushed for over 100 yards as a team for the fifth straight week.
- Travis Whittaker (Gahanna, Ohio) had 51 yards rushing.
- Jordan Pantaleo (Dresden, Ohio) carried the ball seven times for 44 yards with a 15-yard rushing touchdown.

With only 59 plays run, Ohio Dominican won the total offense category 437-405 as Northwood ran 87 plays on offense.

Ohio Dominican had the ball for 21:57 of the game, the second straight game that ODU was under 22 minutes of possession - both wins.
- With a win, Ohio Dominican will capture their 15th full season with at least seven wins in 19 seasons and 11th consecutive season.

Penalties are not an issue with the Chargers as they only have made 47 penalties in ten games (4.7 per game - 2nd in the G-MAC and 12th in D2).

Hillsdale has taken care of the ball in rushing and receiving with only three fumbles lost all season, leading the G-MAC and eighth in Division II.

For the season, Hillsdale has a point differential of +1, the fifth best in the G-MAC (248-247).

Keith Otterbein is in his 21st year at Hillsdale as the head coach for 2022. Otterbein is looking for his 11th winning season with the Chargers and first since 2019 (6-5). The last two seasons have been .500 (2-2 in Spring 2021 and 6-6 in Fall 2021).

In the 2022 G-MAC Preseason Poll, Hillsdale was selected for an fifth place finish, earning 42 votes right behind Ohio Dominican. The Chargers went 6-6 overall in the 2021 season.

Luke Keller has played all ten games under center, gathering 1,960 yards passing on 141-of-227 passing with 18 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. Keller sits third in the G-MAC with passing yards and touchdowns.

Michael Herzog is third in the conference for rushing yards with 859 on 184 carries. He has scored seven times while averaging 4.7 yards per carry.

Isaac TeSlaa leads the receiving corps for Hillsdale with 60 catches for a conference best 1,177 yards. He is tied for the G-MAC lead with 13 touchdowns with ODU's
