COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The Ohio Dominican football team continues its road stand with a trip west to Indianapolis on Saturday, Sept. 25.
ODU's final non-conference test of the fall schedule is set for a 1 p.m. kickoff against the No. 19 Greyhounds. Saturday also marks the second consecutive and final week of the 2021 G-MAC/GLVC scheduling alliance.
OPENING KICKOFF
- Saturday will be the second of four straight road games for the Panthers.
- ODU is coming off its second straight win, a 35-25 road triumph at William Jewell.
- Against the Cardinals, ODU amassed a season-high 506 yards and did all of its scoring in the first 30 minutes of play to build a double-digit lead.
- Evan Ernst (Mason, Ohio) threw for 354 yards, the second highest total of his collegiate career, earning him his first G-MAC Offensive Player of the Week award.
- Jed Quackenbush (Newark, Ohio) avearged 57.2 yards per punt to earn his second G-MAC and national player of the week award this fall.
- The Panthers will look to make history Saturday, as UIndy, coming off a 20-17 loss to nationally ranked Tiffin, has never lost back-to-back games in the Chris Keevers' era.

- Jaylin Garner (Shaker Heights, Ohio) tied the single game school record with 3.0 sacks against William Jewell.
- The performance was the first three-sack game by an ODU player since 2016.

- 1: ODU and UIndy will meet for the third time on Saturday, with the series tied at 1-1.
- 5: James Morgan has caught five passes in every game this fall and leads ODU with 252 receiving yards.
- 7: ODU has won seven straight road games, which is tied for the fourth longest active streak in Division II.
