COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The Ohio Dominican football team will look to close out the 2021 regular season strong when the Panthers travel to face Hillsdale at 1 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 13.
OPENING KICKOFF
- Ohio Dominican looks to secure a tie for second place in the final G-MAC standings with a win over Hillsdale.
- ODU has never finished worse than tied for second since joining the G-MAC in 2017.
- The Panthers are coming off a complete performance last weekend, celebrating Senior Day with a 31-0 victory over Lake Erie.
- The defense was the story last week, as the team's 11 sacks set a new conference and ODU single game record.
- Michael Powers (West Mansfield, Ohio) and Dauson Dales (Defiance, Ohio) each posted eight tackles to lead the defense.
- Dales enters Saturday looking to improve his career tackle record of 362, and is eight stops shy of tying the ODU single season record of 116.
- Jayden Hill (Gahanna, Ohio) has seven-plus stops in five straight games and ranks second on the team with 65 tackles this season.
- Evan Ernst (Mason, Ohio) three three touchdown passes against LEC and with two more on Saturday would become just the third player in program history to produce three seasons of 20-plus passing touchdowns.
- Frederick Pitts V (Huber Heights, Ohio) recorded his third 100-yard rushing performance of the season last week and enters play second in the G-MAC with 696 yards this fall.
