Game 1 (L, 10-4)
  • Thomas More struck first with a solo home run in the first inning before Jordan Daniels tied the game with his roundtripper in the third inning.

  • Two walks in the seventh inning led to the third run for the Panthers, a RBI single by Jake Scherette as they trimmed the lead to 8-3.
  • TMU finished their scoring with two runs in the seventh and ODU capped the scoring in the eighth on a RBI double by Drew Emerson. Thomas More won the first game 10-4.
  • With nine hits in the game, Scherette notched a four-hit game as he reached base five times on a walk. Daniels scored twice with Mason Kurtz adding two walks.
  • Jaxson Stried started the game with 3.2 innings pitched and five runs allowed (four earned) as he took the loss. Garrett Roach faced two batters with Eric Geddes going four innings in relief, allowing four runs.
Game 2 (W, 5-1 in 7 innings)
  • The Saints led first in the third inning with a 1-0 lead on a RBI double.
  • Ohio Dominican had the opportunity to respond in the fourth inning and they tied the game with a run crossing the plate.
  • The game was tied 1-1 until the sixth inning before ODU jumped ahead. Two walks created a pitching change opportunity. Sam Battles reached on an error and had a run score as the pitcher made an error. One more walk loaded the bases with one out. Emerson walked with the bases loaded and Jacob Adams doubled home two runs for a 5-1 lead.
  • Five different Panthers had hits but ODU walked eight times in the game.
  • Steven Chapman went the distance with a seven-inning complete game. Chapman scattered one run on five hits with two strikeouts.
Game 3 (L, 8-7 in 7 innings)

  • ODU started to cut into the lead in the third inning, putting three hits together. After a Peter Jelenic double, Emerson plated Jelenic as the game was 2-1.
  • Thomas More got a run back in the third inning but once again, the Panthers had an answer in the 4th. Two walks and a fielder's choice put two runners on with one out. After a strikeout, Jelenic singled home a run as the game turned to 3-2 after four frames.
  • The Panthers took a 4-3 lead in the sixth inning off of three singles and wild pitch. Two singles set the table for a run to score on a wild pitch. Two batters later, Adams gave ODU the lead with a RBI single.
  • Four Saints runs in the bottom of the sixth allowed Thomas More to lead 7-4 as ODU had their last cracks at it in the 7th.
  • Tyler Flint walked as the leadoff batter while Kurtz was hit by a pitch. After two outs, Jelenic singled and loaded the bases. Daniels walked in a run while Emerson was hit by a pitch. Thomas More went to the bullpen and the new reliever walked Adams and the game was tied at seven.

Game 4 (L, 17-7 in 8 innings)
