COLUMBUS, OH -Â The Ohio Dominican women's basketball team has released its 2025-26 schedule, featuring 29 total contests, including a balanced mix of non-conference and Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) matchups.
The Panthers enter the season under the leadership of second-year head coach Brianna Sims, joined on the sidelines by assistant coach Macy Blankenship. Ohio Dominican looks to continue its upward trajectory after finishing the 2024-25 campaign with a 12-16 overall record and a 7-13 mark in G-MAC play.
Ohio Dominican tips off the new season with a pair of home games inside Alumni Hall, hosting Davenport University on Saturday, November 15, followed by Grand Valley State University on Sunday, November 16. The Panthers then hit the road for a non-conference matchup at Clarion University on November 20 before returning home to face Ohio Christian University on November 22. A pre-Thanksgiving trip to Wheeling University on November 26 rounds out the opening month.
Conference play begins on Thursday, December 4, when the Panthers host Kentucky Wesleyan College in Alumni Hall. G-MAC action continues with road trips to Walsh University (Dec. 6) and Cedarville University (Dec. 13). Before the holiday break, ODU will also take on non-conference opponents Indianapolis (Dec. 18), Miami-Hamilton (Dec. 20), and Adrian College (Dec. 30).
The new year opens with a tough road test at Ashland University on January 3, as the Eagles enter the season as the reigning G-MAC champions. The Panthers then travel to Ursuline College on January 8 before returning home for a strong conference stretch, welcoming Lake Erie (Jan. 10), Thomas More (Jan. 15), Malone (Jan. 22), Northwood (Jan. 24), and Tiffin (Jan. 29). They close out January on the road at Kentucky Wesleyan (Jan. 31).
February brings a competitive finish to the regular season, beginning with a home matchup against Cedarville (Feb. 5) and a road trip to Hillsdale (Feb. 7). The Panthers then host Ursuline (Feb. 12) and Findlay (Feb. 14) before traveling to Tiffin (Feb. 19). The final home game of the regular season takes place on February 21 against Hillsdale, followed by road contests at Malone (Feb. 26) and Lake Erie (Feb. 28).
The top eight teams in the G-MAC standings will advance to the conference tournament, which runs from March 3 through March 7.
