Box Score NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Ohio Dominican women's soccer team traveled to Nashville on Saturday and lost 2-0.
Senior Callan Myers (Hillsboro, Ohio) registered the first shot in the 4th minute, missing high. The Trojans responded with five consecutive shots, forcing keeper Jadelyn McNerney (Springboro, Ohio) to work between the posts, collecting two saves.
Trevecca opened the scoring in the 39th minute after Abbigail Legg assisted Annie Warner.
Ella Tyler (Worthington, Ohio) tried to get the Panthers on the board before the half but TNU's Keeper was there to collect the save.
The second half opened up with another save from McNerney. In the 61st minute, Myers registered another shot but missed wide.
Trevecca scored another goal in the 72nd minute after Annie warner connected with Isabel Felger, extending their lead 2-0.
Devin Schoenberger (Redondo Beach, Cali.) gave a last-ditch effort with two shots late in the match but missed the mark. TNU took the match 2-0.
