Helped coach one G-MAC All-Conference award winner, a D2CCA All-Midwest Region Honoree, and 10 Academic All-Conference selections.

BEFORE OHIO DOMINICAN UNIVERSITY

Was an assistant coach at Ohio Wesleyan University during the 2021-22 year.
- Helped lead the Bishops to a 21-7 overall record, making a run to the NCAC Tournament Championship game.
Prior to OWU, Codner was the graduate assistant coach at Wheeling University in 2020-21.
- Coached the Cardinals to a 9-9 overall record, making it to the MEC Tournament Semifinals.
- She graduated with a Master's degree in Business Administration in 2022.
She began her coaching career at Owens Community College as a volunteer assistant for the 2019-20 season.
Codner played two seasons at Cumberland University in Tennessee.
- She helped the Phoenix reach the NAIA Tournament in 2017-18.
- She led the team with an average of 11.9 points per game in 2018-19.
- She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing in 2019.
Codner began her college basketball playing career at Columbus State Community College where she was a NJCAA All-American and helped lead the Cougars to a Regional Championship and District Runner-Up finish.
- She was the first women's basketball player in program history to receive All-America Honors and left Columbus State as the all-time leading scorer with 1,094 points in two seasons.
- She received her Associate's degree from Columbus State.
