AT OHIO DOMINICAN UNIVERSITY
  • Helped lead the Panthers to a 34-22 overall record and a 20-4 conference record.
    • The Black and Gold were regular season G-MAC Champions and the number one seed in the conference tournament.
    • ODU made an appearances in the NCAA Tournament for the third straight year.
    • Farmer coached six players to All-Conference Honors, including Player of the Year, one NFCA Division II All-Midwest Regional First Team honoree, and two D2CCA All-Midwest Region Team members.
BEFORE OHIO DOMINICAN UNIVERSITY
  • Farmer previously coached at the University of Detroit Mercy (2022).
    • There she took the lead on travel and meal arrangements, recruiting, and game day management.
  • Her collegiate coaching career began at Adrian College where the Bulldogs recorded their first winning season in six years (2021).
    • Her duties included pitch calling, creating bullpen workouts, arm care routines, recruiting, and game day management.
  • Farmer played college softball under Vanlandingham at Ohio Dominican.
    • In the Black and Gold uniform, Farmer was awarded Second Team All-G-MAC Honors for the 2018 and 2019 seasons.
    • She was a member of the 2019 G-MAC Regular Season Championship team.
    • Farmer was also honored with the 2020 Ohio Dominican Female Student Athlete of the Year award.
    • As a four-year starter, she accumulated 18 home runs, 87 RBIs, and 142 hits in her career.
  • Farmer graduated from Ohio Dominican with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and Business Administration and a MBA with a concentration in leadership.
