BEFORE OHIO DOMINICAN UNIVERSITY:
Kennedy joins the Ohio Dominican University softball program as a Graduate Assistant for the 2025-26 season after a decorated NCAA Division III playing career at Mount St. Joseph University, a member of the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC).
Kennedy was a three-time HCAC All-Tournament Team selection (2022, 2023, 2024), earned First Team All-Conference honors in 2022, and was named to the HCAC All-Sportsmanship Team in 2024. She led the Lions with a .403 batting average in 2022 and posted a team-high in RBIs in 2023. Over her career, Kennedy secured her place in the Mount St. Joseph record books, ranking in the program’s top 10 in games played, at-bats, runs, hits, doubles, triples, and RBIs.
Academically, Kennedy graduated magna cum laude and was named to the Dean’s List all seven semesters. She also earned the Top First-Year Student-Athlete Award, recognizing her excellence in both academics and athletics.
Off the field, she gained valuable hands-on experience in education through student teaching and substitute teaching roles. At Mount St. Joseph, Kennedy was actively involved on campus as an orientation leader and a member of the intramural staff, while also working as a server at Wings and Rings.
At Ohio Dominican, Kennedy will assist with player development, recruiting, practice planning, and day-to-day operations while pursuing her graduate studies.
