Ohio Dominican University

Beginning his second season as a coach at Ohio Dominican, Coach Kaucher will take over the duties as the 1^st base coach, hitting and catching coach.  Kaucher will also oversee the Panthers strength and conditioning program as well and assist in all other team areas as needed. 

Coach Kaucher is returning to his alma mater of Ohio Dominican where he helped lead the Panthers to back-to-back 30-win seasons and their first NCAA Regional appearance. Kaucher graduated as one of the most decorated players in ODU's Division II era with a lifetime .378 average, .457 OBP and .552 slugging percentage. In 195 games, he had 271 hits, 19 homers, 184 RBI's, 49 doubles, nine triples and stole 20 bases while walking 90 times against just 96 strikeouts. 

His career included being named an all-conference performer three times and being named all region and an All-American in 2018 and 2019. He also picked up Academic All-American accolades. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2019 and proceeded to graduate with a Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Sport Management in 2020. 

Kaucher is from Toledo, Ohio and currently resides in Hilliard, Ohio.
