COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Ohio Dominican Panthers men's golf team played host to seven other schools for the Bill Blazer Memorial on Saturday (April 11) and Sunday (April 12).
Ohio Dominican outlasted seven other teams to win the 2026 Bill Blazer Memorial Match Play event. Over the course of three rounds, ODU got wins over Jefferson, Lewis and #32 Wayne State (Mich.), claiming the title.

In the individual stroke play event, four Panthers finished in the top ten with
Owen Lutz claiming the medalist title.
- Owen Lutz: 1st place with a 36-hole total of 1-under 145; scored 2-over 74 and a 1-under 71 (best round of the tournament)
- 1-under 71 was best career single round while 1-under 145 was career-best 36-hole total
- Carter Price: Tied for 3rd place, shooting 9-over 153; rounds of 4-over 76 and 5-over 77
- Will Rickard: Tied for 7th place with a 161 (+17) after rounds of 84 and 5-over 77
- Bo White: Scored 163 (+19) as he was tied for ninth, scoring rounds of 82 and 9-over 81
- Vincent Haller & Rune Van Den Bosch: Tied for 11th place at a 164 (+20)
- Haller shot two rounds of 82 with Van Den Bosch scoring 8-over 80 and an 84
- Garett Dillon: 13th overall at 170 (+26), shooting an 86 and an 84
- Jackson Vesco: 15th place with a 175 (+31) with rounds of 93 and 82
- Aidan Fischer: Scored 86 in his only round
Next up for the Panthers will be the 2026 Great Midwest Men's Golf Championship in Florence, Indiana next Monday (April 20).
