COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Ohio Dominican Panthers (6-2) men's basketball team continued their current winning streak on Tuesday (Dec. 9) evening with a record breaking performance inside Alumni Hall.
Ohio Dominican defeated the Wright State Lake Lakers 132-51 as the team set a D2 era for not only points but margin of victory, field goals made, field goals attempted, field goal %, assists and steals.
BOX SCORE NOTES
- There were six Panthers in double figures with 12 of the 13 players that entered the game scoring.
- Derek Goodman had a game-high 22 points on nine-of-12 shooting with four three pointers, four rebounds, four assists and four steals.
- Logan Ryan came off the bench with 18 points, making seven-of-11 field goals and having four threes in five tries.
- Terrance Broughton scored 15 points in a seven-of-nine shooting night with six assists and two steals.
- Elijah Hinton had 13 points and four rebounds.
- Caleb Conard tallied 12 points, six rebounds and four steals.
- Tony Ezeonu was effective in a relief role in 13 points, six rebounds, three steals and three blocks.
- Brady Moore and Zac Kimball finished with eight points each while Kenny Scott added seven points - all off the bench.

- The Panthers had 46 points off 25 turnovers, scored 80 points in the paint and added 57 points off fast breaks.
- In terms of overall program history, ODU broke the margin of victory and field goals made records.
- Among Division II single-game highs this season, Ohio Dominican ranked third in field goals made, tied for 5th in points scored and tied for 6th in assists.
- For the G-MAC record books, ODU sits tied for second most field goals made, third in points scored, tied for 5th in assists and tied for 6th in steals.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- ODU took charge early with a 14-3 run over the first four minutes, including the first eight points.
- Wright State Lake got within nine points twice in the first half but the Panthers led 68-31 at halftime.
- A 26-5 spurt in the first seven minutes pushed the Panthers lead to 96-36 with 13:34 left. At one point, the Panthers scored 13 straight points during the run.
- Ohio Dominican led by as many as 132-49 before finishing the game with a 132-51 final score.
