COLUMBUS, OH – Senior outside hitter Jenna Peters of the Ohio Dominican volleyball team earned her second G-MAC Athlete of the Week honor of the season following an impressive 3-0 week for the Panthers.

Across 12 sets, Peters totaled 44 kills, averaging 3.67 kills per set with a .246 hitting percentage. She also added six block assists at the net and contributed three service aces. Defensively, Peters was a steady force in the back row, recording 47 digs over three matches (3.92 per set) and helping the Panthers tally 50 total points during the week.

Peters shone particularly bright on Saturday, posting back-to-back double-double performances. Against Cedarville, the top-ranked team in the G-MAC South Division, she delivered 12 kills, one ace, three blocks, and 20 digs. Later that day versus Wheeling, she led the team with 20 kills, adding one ace, three blocks, and 12 digs in another standout effort.

This marks Peters' second weekly award of the season and the fifth of her career.

Ohio Dominican looks to keep its momentum rolling as the Panthers head to the Midwest Region Crossover in Hammond, Indiana, to face Quincy and Michigan Tech on Friday, Oct. 17.
