  • The Chargers opened the second quarter with six straight points to push ahead, 16-12. The two went back-and-forth for the remainder of the quarter with Hillsdale leading only by six, 29-23, at the intermission.
  • HC started the third quarter with consecutive buckets to take an 11-point lead. Over the next few minutes, ODU went on a 15-2 scoring run to tied it at 38-all. The Chargers ended with eight points to lead, 44-38 heading into the final period.
  • The Panthers quickly closed the scoring gap in the first half of the final period, outscoring HC 8-2, to tie it up again at 46.
