COLUMBUS, Ohio – To finish off opening weekend, the Ohio Dominican men's soccer team hosted #23 Notre Dame College on Sunday afternoon. The Panthers were bested by the Falcons, 3-1.

Notre Dame fired off the first shot in the 8
th minute, giving Ohio Dominican keeper
Cory Pulles (Pickerington, Ohio) his first save of the night.
Brenton Molli (Gahanna, Ohio) registered the first shot for the Black and Gold a few minutes later, followed by a shot from
Emmanual Frimpong (Kumasi, Ghana).

NDC got on the board in the 35
th minute, taking a 1-0 lead. Before the half ended, Pulles snagged two more saves.

To open the second half, the Falcons opened with back-to-back shots followed by a shot from
Jack Jenkins (Canal Winchester, Ohio), all missing the mark. Pulles snagged another save in the 56
th minute.

Notre Dame extended their lead to 2-0 in the 67
th minute. Less than three minutes later, the Falcons scored again, making it 3-0. Pulles picked up three more saves before
Mubelele Mhango (Blantyre, Malawi) put the Panthers on the board with an assist from freshman
Evan French (Canal Winchester, Ohio).
