Box Score COLUMBUS, Ohio – On Tuesday evening, the Yellow Jackets and the Panthers met for the first time this season inside of Alumni hall resulting in a 3-0 win for Cedarville.

- Sophomore Lauren Lucas (Grove City, Ohio) recorded double-figure kills for the fifth time this season as she had 12 in tonight's contest.
- Setters Saige Avery (Yorkville, Ill.) and Gabrielle Kirker (Tallmadge, Ohio) combined for 24 of the team's 25 assists. Avery collected 13 with Kirker grabbing 11.
- At the net, freshman Jenna Peters (Vermilion, Ohio) and Ashley Aselage (Tipp City, Ohio) both registered four blocks.
- Kelsey Shoup (Dalton, Ohio) led the way with nine digs followed by Alexis Keipert (Burlington, Ky.) with eight.
How It Happened
- The Panthers and the Yellow Jackets went point for point in set one before CU went on a seven-to-three run to grab the lead 11-8.
- ODU went on two three-point runs of their own to take the lead 15-14.
- Cedarville ended set one winning six of the last eight points, making it 25-19.
- The Black and Gold snagged the lead early 5-4 after a kill from Adele Wade (Conneaut, Ohio).
- Lucas collected three kills during Ohio Dominican's six-point run, extending their lead 12-8.
- With back-to-back service aces, the Yellow Jackets took the lead 19-18.
- CU went on a six-to-two run to win set two 25-21.
- ODU fell behind early 13-3. Lucas responded with consecutive kills.
- The Black and Gold tallied a three-point run late to cut the deficit to 17-11.
- Cedarville went on an eight-to-two run to take set three 25-13. The Yellow Jackets won 3-0.
