Box Score COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio Dominican women's basketball team returned to action inside of Alumni Hall Thursday evening (Dec. 8), falling to conference newcomer Northwood 77-61.
The Panthers sit at an overall mark of 2-6, going 0-3 in the Great Midwest.

- Three players for the Black and Gold collected double-figure points with junior Gabby Stare (Newark, Ohio) leading the way with 23 points. Freshman Trinity Ramos (Reynoldsburg, Ohio) added 11 and Macy Chapman (Hilliard, Ohio) tallied 10 tonight.
- Chapman snagged nine rebounds with four being on the offensive end.
- Stare accounted for five of the teams 14 assists on the night.
- Junior Camryn Pickerill (Seaman, Ohio) took the lead with three steals against the Timberwolves.
How It Happened
- The Black and Gold were on the board first with a fast break layup from Ramos in the opening seconds. NU and ODU went bucket for bucket, have the contest tied 10-all with 4:51 left in the first quarter.
- Northwood ended the first ten minutes on a 5-3 run, taking the lead 15-13. Stare and Kayla McClendon (Columbus, Ohio) combined for the teams 12-point second quarter. The Panthers entered the break trailing the Timberwolves 39-25.
- Three consecutive buckets from Stare cut Ohio Dominican's deficit to 14 with 3:40 left in the third period. Logan Pride (Twinsburg, Ohio) and Chapman added scores late, but ODU remained behind 61-44 with ten minutes left in the contest.
- Despite the Black and Gold's effort in outscoring Northwood 18-16 in the fourth quarter, the Panthers fell to the Timberwolves 77-62.
