Volleyball Falls In Three At Hillsdale

HILLSDALE, Mich. – Facing off against the top team in the G-MAC, Ohio Dominican's volleyball team fell in three sets to host Hillsdale on Friday night.

The Panthers held early leads in all three sets, but hit .060 in the contest, compared to .333 for the hosts.

Freshman Zoë Carmichael (Wooster, Ohio) tallied 19 assists and classmate Amanda Remmetter (Springfield, Ohio) recorded 10 kills to lead ODU. Freshman Tate Rybarczyk (Avon Lake, Ohio) had nine digs as well.

Freshman Riley Kizer (Mason, Ohio) added seven kills and hit .308 while junior Allie Rutter (Fostoria, Ohio) finished with three aces and five digs.

Ohio Dominican returns home to conclude its season at 5 p.m. Saturday against Findlay in Alumni Hall.
