Biography
2021-22: Competed in eight indoor events. Had a third-place finish in the 4x400m relay (3:44.68) at the Cedarville Collegiate Indoor Invite. Competed in seven outdoor events. Recorded personal bests in the 800-meter dash (2:02.54) at the Walsh University Invitational and the 1500-meter (4:13.75) at the 2022 Great Midwest Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
2020-21: Competed in one indoor event and set a personal best finish in the Mile, finishing with a mark 4:52.26. Appeared in four outdoor contests, earning personal bests in the 1500 and 3000-meter steeplechase.
Personal: Son of Bruce Krous...Has two siblings, Mackenzie and Hayden...Chose ODU because "it was the best fit for me athletically."
