Men's Golf Finishes Tied for Second at the Cedarville Fall Invitational

XENIA, Ohio – Ohio Dominican's men's golf team finished tied for second after shooting 300 on day two of the Cedarville Fall Invitational at the Country Club of the North.

The Panthers had a two day total of 613 after shooting 313 in the first round.

Sophomores Robert Holden (Hertfordshire, England) and Ben Herman (Germantown, Ohio) led the way for the Panthers as they both finished tied for second with a two round total of 150. Holden fired a 73 today after shooting 77 yesterday and Herman shot 74 today after a 76 in round one.

Senior Blake Saffell (Somerset, Ohio) had his second best finish of the year finishing seventh with rounds of 77 and 76.

Sophomore Dalton Crowley (Nashport, Ohio) came back and improved by six strokes in round two shooting 77 after his first round of 83 where he finished 18th overall. Freshman Andrew Berger (Pataskala, Ohio) rounded out the Panther five with a pair of 87's where he finished tied for 27th.

The Panther "B" squad had rounds of 311 and 321 to finish fifth overall.

Junior Alex Heban (Toledo, Ohio) finished tied for fifth shooting rounds of 77 and 75 while freshman Carter Hahn (Wooster, Ohio) finished 17th with rounds of 78 and 81.

The Panthers wrap up their fall season this Friday and Saturday when they head to Grand Rapids, Michigan to play in the Davenport Fall Invitational.
