Gresham has worked within the admissions and recruitment realm since 2008.
- He was the Director of Admissions at Purcell Marian High School form 2014-19.
- Before his time in Cincinnati, he was the Assistant Director/Director of Minority Recruitment at Widener University from 2012-14.
- After being an assistant coach, Gresham shifted in leading Mulit-Cultural Recruitment in Springfield.
Started his coaching career at his alma mater from 2006-08 as a coach for the linebackers and the defensive line.
- Helped two players to earn All-Conference nods in 2006.
Was a linebacker during his playing career from 1999-2004 at Wittenberg.
- Earned Second-Team All-Conference as a senior.
