• In his first season at ODU, Lee helped with the running backs. 
• Lee has spent the last seven years as a coach at KIPP Columbus. The last two seasons saw Lee as the head coach.
  • For the 2022 season, ten players received All-District honors and 85% of the roster achieved a 2.5 GPA or higher. Seven players received full D1 scholarships, 13 players received college offers and five players were rated national prospects. 
  • In the 2021 season, Lee coached KIPP Columbus to the OHSAA State Tournament for the first time in school history, going 7-5 (the most wins in school history) with their first playoff win.
    • 12 players were named All-District with three All-Ohio honors as he was named All-Ohio Coach of the Year and All-Central District Coach of the Year. 
  • Coached as Offensive Coordinator, Defensive Coordinator and Assistant Head Coach during stint (2016-2020) at KIPP Columbus before acting as head coach.
• Involved in USA Football with the Columbus Raiders for five years (2012-16) as Team Vice President.
• Served on the board of the Columbus USA Youth Football League as both President and Vice President. 
• Lee graduated from Ohio Dominican in 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management with a Business minor.
  • Was a former football player from 2005-2009 and did an internship with the Panthers athletic department from 2008-2010.
