AT OHIO DOMINICAN UNIVERSITY

• Cullison spent two seasons (2017-2018) at Ohio Dominican as the Offensive Graduate Assistant, Tight Ends coach and Video Coordinator. While at ODU, the Panthers were 2017 G-MAC Champions and boasted two-time All-Conference tight end Wyatt McLeod.

• Spent four seasons at NCAA Division III Baldwin Wallace University as the Assistant Head Coach, Offensive Line Coach, Run Game Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator for the Yellow Jackets.
• During his time at BW, Cullison helped build the Yellow Jackets into one of the top rushing teams in the OAC. In 2021-22, the Yellow Jackets finished first in rushing yards per game (239.4) and third in 2022-23 (172.1).
• Offensive Lineman Patrick Simon, a two-time 1^st Team All-OAC performer and 2021 D3 All-American and George Newcomb, a 2022 2^nd Team All-OAC performer, anchored the BW offensive line during Cullison's tenure.
• Prior to Baldwin Wallace, he was named the Offensive Line coach at NCAA Division II Malone University in January 2019 but the program was discontinued on February 1^st, 2019.
• Before making the transition to collegiate coaching, Cullison coached in the Ohio High School ranks for four seasons at Upper Arlington High School and Bishop Ready High School (his alma mater), respectively.
• Cullison earned his undergraduate degree in Sports Management from Ohio Dominican University in 2013 before completing his master’s in Sports Management at ODU in 2018.
