Ryan Gresham enters his first season with the Ohio Dominican football staff in 2019.
Gresham comes to Ohio Dominican with over a decade of experience in higher education, most recently at Widener University (Pa.) from July 2012-2014. At Widener, Gresham was the Assistant Director/Director of Minority Recruitment, as well as the Athletic Liaison of Recruitment. In his role he directed and coordinated all Multicultural Recruitmernt in the territories of Washington D.C., Baltimore, Maryland, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Chicago, Illinois. Gresham also oversaw all Athletic Recruitment events and programs, while increasing the overall minority recruitment by an average of 30 percent each year.
Prior to his stop at Widener, Gresham spent eight years at Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, with three coming as an assistant football coach and five as the Director of Multi-Cultural Recruitment and Athletic Liaison of Recruitment. As a linebacker and defensive line coach, Gresham coordinated parent and player visits to provide information and answer questions about the University academics and football program, oversee academic progress of all student-athletes in the football program, create practice and weekly game plans, and lead student and player devolpment planning sessions and assessments.
As the Director of Multi-Cultural Recruitment at Wittenberg, he coordinated and oversaw all Multicultural Recruitment programming sessions with students, parents, educators and alumni. He also designed and and implemented recruitment plans and strategies for the Midwest region of Ohio, Michigan, Illinois and Indiana, while also serving as the Athletic Liaison for recruiting for all 23 varsity sport programs.
Gresham has also spent five years as the Director of Admissions at Purcell Marian High School in Cincinnati, Ohio and is currently serving as a Technical Recruiter for TEKsystems in Dublin, Ohio.
Gresham has a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Wittenberg University.
