Football Ranked No. 4 in Regional Poll

INDIANAPOLIS – Despite a 38-14 win over Saginaw Valley on Saturday, Ohio Dominican's football team dropped two spots in the regional rankings to No. 4 this week.

The Panthers, with an 8-1 record on the season (8-1 GLIAC), were ranked No. 2 in last week's Super Region Four rankings. The top six teams in each of the nation's four regions qualify for the postseason, with the top two seeds in each region earning first round byes.

Ohio Dominican, which is ranked No. 11 in the AFCA poll this week, has won 23 of its past 24 regular season games. The Panthers have outscored opponents by nearly 25 points per game during that stretch.

The Panthers conclude the regular season at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Tiffin.
