2021: Competed in four events where she recorded personal bests in the 3.1 mile (21:00.2) and the 3.73 mile (27:13.3).
2020: Competed in all three events during her debut campaign for the Black and Gold...earning a season best finish in the 5k of 21:00.4 at the Cedarville Open
High School: First-Team MSL...First-Team All-District...Regional Qualifier...Two-time state team qualifier...Academic All-League...Academic All-Ohio...Team Captain.
Personal: Daughter of T.J. Strawn and Jenyfer Ingles...Twin sister, Jaclyn, also attends and is on the Cross Country team at ODU...Chose ODU because "it immediately felt like home to me and felt like it gives me the best opportunity to continue my cross county/track career."
