2021: Competed in six events where she recorded personal bests in the 3.1 mile (21:17.6) and the 3.73 mile (26:18.6).
2020: Competed in all three events during her freshman campaign for the Panthers...earning a season-best finish of 20:59.6 at the Cedarville Open.
High School: Scholar Athlete...Academic All-League...Academic All-Ohio...Second-Team MSL...First-Team All-District...Regional Qualifier and Team State Qualifier.
Personal: Daughter of T.J. Strawn and Jenyfer Ingles...Twin sister, Jeralyn, who also attends and is on the Cross Country team at ODU...Chose ODU because "I liked the small campus size and felt like it was the best place for me athletically and academically."
