COLUMBUS, Ohio - Ohio Dominican's men's soccer team closes its three-game road stretch at 4:30 p.m. this Thursday, Oct. 13 as it takes on Tiffin in the series finale and returns home at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 16 to take on Findlay as part of the Panthers Pink Day in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Pink Day: In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, both the men's and women's soccer programs will adorn pink during Sunday's games against Findlay, while donations will be accepted at the gate to support the Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

About the Panthers:
ODU went 1-1-1 last week, all in conference play, falling 4-3 in overtime to Saginaw Valley State (Mich.) on Tuesday, tying Northwood (Mich.) 1-1 in double overtime and knocking off the Cardinals 2-1 in two overtimes on Sunday.
A 3-1 lead behind a score from freshman Brock Taylor (Columbus, OH) and two from junior Colby Catlett (Hilliard, OH) would not hold up as SVSU recorded three unanswered goals over the game's final 14 minutes to steal the road win.
After the tough home loss, the Panthers responded to earn a draw at No. 18 Northwood and remain unbeaten against Top-25 competition at 2-0-1.
On Sunday, with freshman defender Austin Dent (Pataskala, OH) in goal on emergency duty, ODU got retribution against the Cardinals with just their second OT victory and moved into a tie for first atop the GLIAC standings. In his first action between the pipes this year, Dent performed more than admirably, recording six saves and allowing just the early score.
Catlett, ODU's leading scorer, finished the week with three scores, including Sunday's game-winner and an assist, earning the GLIAC's Player of the Week Award. With the three overtimes, the Panthers now have seven on the year, breaking the previous school record of five.
About the Dragons:
After defeating Findlay 1-0 on the road on Oct. 2, the Dragons fell to the Oilers at home by the same score on Oct.5. The Dragons followed the shutout loss with a 2-0 home non-conference setback to Cedarville on Saturday. The Yellow Jackets jumped out early on the Dragons, outshooting them 10-5 in the first 45 minutes. Despite missing four games, Ashton Campbell still leads Tiffin and ranks second in the GLIAC with six goals and 16 points.
About the Oilers:
Just 72 hours after falling to Tiffin, the Oilers returned the favor by holding off the Dragons by the final score of 1-0 on Wednesday in Tiffin for their first GLIAC of the year. After managing eight shots in the first half, the Oilers hard work finally paid off in the 51st minute when freshman Cullen Baron found the back of the net off a cross from Chris Bailer. Findlay's defense took over for the remainder of the game as Matthew Brooks stopped all six shots he faced from between the posts. Bailer and Alex Oliver share the team lead with two scores each.
The Series:
This will be the 31th all-time meeting between the Panthers and Dragons with ODU trailing the overall series, 8-20-2. After going 2-0-1 last year against Tiffin, the Panthers were shut out 1-0 in two overtimes at home back on Sept. 23. ODU and Findlay will be meeting for the 22nd time on Sunday and despite being unbeaten in the last five contests, including both the Panthers trail the Oilers in the overall series, 6-13-2. The teams battled to a 1-1 double overtime draw at Findlay in their first meeting of the year.
