Ohio Dominican Kicks Off Cross Country Season at the Battle of Columbus

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Ohio Dominican's men's and women's cross country teams will open their season by traveling down the road to Otterbein University to compete in the Battle of Columbus in Westerville, Ohio this Friday, August 31.

Ohio Dominican will be battling against Capital and Otterbein for the top spot this weekend where the event will begin at 7 p.m.

First year coach, Connor Callahan will have seniors Alejandro Serna (Duncanville, Texas) and Bobby Bogantz (Sunbury, Ohio) to lead the men's team while fellow seniors Micaela Carroll (Parma, Ohio) and Kristen Noecker (Circleville, Ohio) along with junior Megan Tamasovich (Canal Winchester, Ohio) will lead the women's team.

Following the Battle of Columbus, the cross country teams will prepare for the Friendship Invitational at Cedarville on Saturday, September 15.
