Women Finish 16th at Wilmington Fall Classic

WILMINGTON, Ohio – Ohio Dominican's women's cross country team had one of its strongest finishes of the season as the Panthers placed 16th out of 31 schools at the Wilmington Fall Classic Friday evening.

Mallory Kitts (Springfield, Ohio) edged out teammate Meghan Willeke (Lexington, Ohio) as the top ODU finisher. The freshman placed 83rd out of 319 runners with her time of 20:49.23, while Willeke was one spot behind her in 84th with a mark of 20:49.91. Michelle McKean (Pataskala, Ohio) finished in 104th as she crossed the line in 21:01.68. Allison Green (Cincinnati, Ohio) finished in 22:02.20 and Elise Wyant (Chillicothe, Ohio) in 22:12.30 to round out the ODU scorers.

Brian Litt (Mansfield, Ohio) led a quartet of men who competed at the Fall Classic as he finished in 155th place out of 329 runners with his time of 28:39.67. Eric Rauschenbach (Struthers, Ohio) finished in 29:42.09, Josh Watson (Reynoldsburg, Ohio) in 31:30.60 and Chris Leibold (Green Springs, Ohio) in 32:25.87.
