Volleyball Closes Season With Home Setback To Findlay

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio Dominican's volleyball team finished out its season with a three-set loss to visiting Findlay Saturday evening in G-MAC play in Alumni Hall.

Freshman Amanda Remmetter (Springfield, Ohio) finished in double figures with 10 kills, giving her 393 to close out her rookie campaign.

Classmate Tate Rybarczyk (Avon Lake, Ohio) tallied 16 digs, which gave her 550 for the year, and freshman Zoë Carmichael (Wooster, Ohio) tallied 17 assists with seven digs.

ODU hung close in the first set, trailing 13-9 before the Oilers pulled away with a 25-16 win, and the second set was level at 10-10 before Findlay closed with a 15-1 run, then proceeded to win the third set 25-15.

Ohio Dominican finished the season with a 6-25 overall mark (1-18 G-MAC.)
