COLUMBUS, Ohio – After suffering three setbacks at the Midwest Region Crossover last weekend, Ohio Dominican's volleyball team looks to bounce back as the Panthers head to West Virginia for three G-MAC matches this week.

The Panthers will take on Davis & Elkins at 7 p.m. Thursday, Ohio Valley at 7 p.m. Friday, and Alderson Broaddus at 11 a.m. Saturday to wrap up the road swing.

ODU received several nice performances in Crossover last weekend. Freshman Alyssa Hoyng (Celina, Ohio) hit .429 and tallied 28 kills, while junior Kelly Nadler (Leipsic, Ohio) hit at a .253 clip with 27 kills. Freshman Jill Pyles (Bronson, Mich.) stepped in at the outside hitter position and had just one error while hitting .250 with 14 kills.

Junior Anna Ficker (Cincinnati, Ohio) averaged 5.4 digs per set for the weekend and freshman Ashton Barr (New Castle, Ind.) was just shy of 10 assists per set as she racked up 99 helpers in 10 sets played.

The Panthers hit .203 in the three matches, but opponents swung at a .301 clip against them.

Barr ranks fifth in the league with 8.1 assists per set and Ficker sits seventh in the conference with 4.3 digs per set.
