Back On The Road, Volleyball Travels To Findlay, Hillsdale

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio Dominican's volleyball team plays a pair of road G-MAC matches this weekend as the Panthers take on Findlay at 7 p.m. Friday and Hillsdale at 1 p.m. Saturday.

These will be the ninth and 10th rmatches away from home for the Panthers in the season's opening three weeks.

ODU (1-8, 0-1 G-MAC) looks to bounce back from a four-set home setback to Cedarville on Tuesday. Junior Ciara Ralston (Findlay, Ohio) led the Panthers with 12 kills while freshman Alyssa Hoyng (Celina, Ohio) added eight while hitting .316.

Freshman Ashton Barr (New Castle, Ind.) tallied 27 assists, junior Anna Ficker (Cincinnati, Ohio) registered 17 digs and classmate Kelly Nadler (Leipsic, Ohio) added a career high 12 digs as well.

Ficker, who now has 1,000 digs in her career, ranks third in the G-MAC with 5.1 digs per set. Barr sits seventh in the conference with 7.2 assists per set

Ralston paces the Panthers with 66 kills (2.2 per set) while Hoyng and junior Rebecca Skidmore (Westerville, Ohio) each have 47 kills. Barr has tallied 123 assists and Ficker has racked up 153 digs.
