Women's Soccer Drops Road Contest at Trevecca

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Ohio Dominican's women's soccer team dropped a 1-0 contest at Trevecca Nazarene Saturday afternoon in a Great Midwest Athletic Conference matchup.

The Panthers outshot the Trojans 13-9 and the Panthers had eight on goal while the Trojans just had one.

The only goal of the game came in the 33rd minute off a set piece on a corner kick from the Trojans.

Trevecca had the advantage in the game in corner kicks at 2-1.

Senior Susan D'Isidoro (Twinsburg, Ohio) and sophomore Samantha Buck (Reynoldsburg, Ohio) led the Panther offense each with two shots on goal while four other Panthers had one.

With the loss, the Panthers drop to 9-5-1 overall and 8-4-1 in the conference while Trevecca adavances to 11-3-2 overall and 10-1-2 in the G-MAC.

The Panthers have their final regular season game Tuesday, October 23 at Cedarville with kickoff set for 7 p.m.
