DATAW ISLAND, S.C. — Two Ohio Dominican women's golfers notched top five finishes, while four Panthers placed in the top 10 of the field to power ODU to a first place team finish at the 2018 TaylorMade Intercollegiate at the Morgan River Course on Tuesday.

ODU was the only squad to break 700 for the tournament, shooting a 673 (336-337) to finish 63 strokes ahead of the next closest competitor. It marked the fourth top five finish in the team's last five outings of 2017-18.

Leading the way and finishing second overall was sophomore Bailey Krueger (Canal Winchester, Ohio), who shot a 166 (84-82) for the tournament. Krueger notched nine pars and one birdie in round two, marking the highest finish of her Panther career.

Earning her third top five finish as a Panther was sophomore Emma Romine (Marysville, Ohio), who took fifth place out of 39 with a total score of 170 (86-84). Romine has recorded two top five finishes in 2017-18 and has now recorded seven top 20 finishes for her career.
