Women’s Golf Back In Action At The Pat Clouse Invitational This Weekend

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio Dominican's women's golf team returns to competition this weekend when it travels to the Springfield Country Club to compete in The Pat Clouse Invitational, hosted by Wittenberg University on Saturday, October 7 and Sunday, October 8.

The Panthers are coming off a fifth-place finish in the ODU Cumberland Trail Classic, shooting its best two round score of the season thus far with a 644 (324-320). Sophomores Bailey Krueger (Canal Winchester, Ohio), Abby Swensen (Milford, Ohio) and Emma Romine (Marysville, Ohio) each recorded top 20 finishes in the tournament.

Romine leads the squad in average round score through three tournaments at 80.4. Krueger boasts an average round score of 80.9 through 5.5 rounds, while Swensen's average sits at 82.9 to rank third for the Panthers.

Following play at The Pat Clouse Invitational, ODU will travel south to compete in the Music City Invitational at Old Hickory Country Club in Nashville, Tennessee on October 23 & 24 in its final fall tournament of the season.
