COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Ohio Dominican's women's basketball team makes its second consecutive trip to the G-MAC Tournament as the No. 7 seed Panthers travel to take on No. 2 Kentucky Wesleyan at 3:30 p.m. (CT) on Tuesday.

This is the fourth straight year that ODU has qualified for the postseason. Ohio Dominican is looking for its postseason victory since defeating Johnson & Wales in the A.I.I. Tournament on Feb. 26, 2010.

The Panthers closed their regular season with a 77-76 victory at Ohio Valley on Saturday. Junior Hannah Clark (Glenmont, Ohio) and freshman Kennedy Schlabach (Millersburg, Ohio) each scored 15 points to pace the Panthers, while sophomore Olivia Fox (Newark, Ohio) came off the bench to add 12.

Schlabach and Fox's contributions helped the Panther bench outscore OVU's 28-15, and Ohio Dominican finished with 21 assists on 27 made baskets. It's the fifth time this season that the Panthers have eclipsed 20 assists, and ODU knocked down 12 triples in the contest, marking the 10th time this season that the Panthers have knocked down 10 or more threes.

The Panthers have had better success on the road this season, going 9-6 away from Alumni Hall. ODU has shot 43.7 percent on the road, including 37.8 percent from behind the arc, scoring 70.3 points per game. Conversely, the Panthers score 65.5 points per game at home on 38.3 percent shooting (34.9 percent from three.)

This is the fourth meeting between the two teams over the past two seasons. ODU won both matchups last year, though KWC scored a 75-44 win in Alumni Hall on Jan. 17, 2019. Freshman Alli Kern (Waterford, Ohio) grabbed 11 rebounds and junior Alexa Fisher (Powell, Ohio) pulled down nine rebounds as well.
