INDIANAPOLIS — Riding the nation's second-longest win streak at 16 games, Ohio Dominican's softball team was picked 10th in the first NCAA Division II softball regional rankings, which were released Wednesday.

The Panthers (26-15, 12-2 G-MAC) are one of two Great Midwest Athletic Conference schools positioned in the top 10 of the Midwest region, with Cedarville coming in at eighth.

ODU is 14-0 in the month of April and has defeated its last eight opponents in doubleheader sweeps by a combined margin of 119-21.

A trio of G-MAC doubleheaders await the Panthers, who will travel to Ohio Valley on Thursday before hosting Ursuline and Lake Erie for twin ball on Saturday and Sunday.
