2010: Placed 31st at the Tiffin University Opener with a time of 23:30…Team’s top finisher in all seven meets...Only athlete to compete in all seven meets on the season...Turned in a season best time of 29:06.2 at the Cedarville All-Ohio Meet.

2009: Recorded 35th place showing at Shawnee State Invitational (31:47.00)…Led team with 38th place effort at National Qualifying Meet (30:48.83)…Finished 129th at Wilmington Fall Classic (29:13.43).

2008: Only freshman to run in all six meets for the Panthers...Had a personal best time of 30:31 at the Wilmington Invitational...Was among the Panthers’ top seven finishers in all seven meets...Placed 74th at the AMC Championship...Best finish came at the Shawnee State Invitational

High School: Joined the Panthers cross country team after a tremendous career at St. Peter's High School in Mansfield, Ohio...Earned four varsity letters on the track and cross country team...Recipient of the Spartan Award in his senior year...Also earned the Coach's Award, Captain's Award and Outstanding Athlete for track and cross country...Was a Scholar Athlete for the Spartans and a member of the Honors Society…Sister, Kelly, runs on the women’s cross country team at ODU.
