Brian Unverferth begins his first season as the strength and conditioning coach for Ohio Dominican’s men’s basketball team.

Unverferth, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer, has worked as the strength and conditioning coach for Ohio State’s men’s ice hockey team since April. He’s also assisted with the OSU football, men’s and women’s basketball and men’s golf teams.

Unverferth earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Ohio State and worked as a strength and fitness intern with the Columbus Crew and a performance and physiological testing assistant with the Columbus Blue Jackets.
