Former Ohio Dominican standout Michael Fiebig returns to his alma mater to join the coaching staff for the 2011-12 season.

Fiebig helped guide the Panthers to conference championship game appearances in 2002 and 2004 and was a member of the 2002 team that advanced to the NAIA National Tournament. The fifth all-time leading scorer in school history, Fiebig was a Second Team All-AMC selection in 2004 and a member of the All-Freshman team in 2002. Fiebig was honored as the ODU Male Athlete of the Year in 2005 and went on to play for the Columbus Cyclones in the International Basketball League in 2006.

After his playing days, Fiebig spent two seasons as the head freshman coach at Westland High School and three years as the head freshman coach and varsity assistant coach at Dublin Scioto High School. The Dublin, Ohio, native graduated from ODU in 2005 with a degree in Visual Art Education.
